GROUP THERAPY OPTIONS

DROP IN GROUP SESSIONS

In small groups of four, participants will engage in activities designed to reduce stress, explore their inner worlds and find ways to live happier more authentic lives.

Group programs include the following components:

  1. A small supportive age appropriate group

  2. Physical movement to calm and relieve stress

  3. A vehicle for the exploration and identification of dissociated stress in the body

  4. A vehicle for the resolution of that stress

  5. A vehicle to explore self identity

  6. A vehicle to calm a stressful mind

  7. The introduction and maintenance of healthy boundaries

SCHEDULE

Saturdays

10am-11:30am Age 6-9 yrs

1pm-2:30pm Age 10-15 yrs

Thursdays 

12:00 - 1:30 pm age 16-19 yrs
